The titular Mr. Fox is torn between his wild nature and the responsibility that comes with being a family man. Meanwhile, his son Ash struggles with self-worth after his seemingly perfect cousin Kristofferson comes to live with them. After Mr. Fox repeatedly steals from neighboring farmers, he must keep his family and friends out of the dastardly clutches of Boggis, Bunce, and Bean.
